Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 2026 | Digital Wealth Bharat

Commercial Notice: This policy outlines general commercial guidelines for services and digital solutions provided by Digital Wealth Bharat. Specific milestone deliveries, cancellation provisions, and refund eligibility are formally defined in written client service agreements, statements of work, or accepted proposals.

1. Professional Services & Customized Work

Digital Wealth Bharat delivers custom professional services including Website Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile management, Meta Ads campaign management, Social Media Management, and business system setup.

Because these services require dedicated technical allocation, strategy development, and manual creative production upon engagement initiation:

  • Initial setup and discovery fees represent non-recoverable resource allocation and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Project-based development is structured into clear approval milestones. Upon formal client sign-off of a milestone deliverable, payments associated with that completed phase are non-refundable.

2. Ongoing Retainers & Monthly Subscriptions

For recurring marketing retainers or profile management services:

  • Clients may request cancellation of recurring monthly services by providing written notice prior to the commencement of the upcoming billing cycle, subject to the notice period specified in the service agreement.
  • Fees for billing periods that have already commenced are non-refundable, as operational and management resources are allocated for the active duration.

3. Digital Products (Smart DBC & CRM Setup)

For setup and deployment of digital tools such as Smart DBC and CRM workspaces:

  • Configuration fees cover domain routing, workspace setup, asset creation, and onboarding support. Once technical provisioning has been completed, setup charges are non-refundable.
  • If technical provisioning cannot be fulfilled due to technical impossibility on our end, an appropriate adjustment or refund will be processed in accordance with the agreement.

4. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Direct third-party costs—including advertising spend paid to Meta or Google, third-party software licensing, domain registrations, or hosting fees—are paid directly to or remitted on behalf of third-party vendors and are non-refundable by Digital Wealth Bharat.

5. Dispute Resolution & Cancellation Process

We prioritize open communication and transparent client relationships. If you encounter concerns regarding delivery or wish to submit a cancellation request, please submit details in writing through our official communication channels:

6. Policy Modifications

Digital Wealth Bharat reserves the right to revise this policy periodically to reflect operational, commercial, or regulatory updates.
